All packages will be delivered by the post service who picked up merchandises from our warehouse and will provide tracking number to us 3~5 days later.

In this case, if buyer want to know the tracking number, please send us e-mail three days after the notification been received at buyer's side.

Buyer can contact Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) for questions concerning whether and when the package has been shipped out from Taiwan.

Buyer shall contact the recipient's local post office for questions concerning whether the package has arrived.
